We use agorapulse and other tools to help us listen to conversations about your brand and organization and have a dedicated team of customer service reps. to respond to them. The team checks for posts/mentions every 2 hours between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and conducts spot checks 4 times per day on Saturdays and Sundays. This is our standard offering but we can tailor a package to suit your needs.
With respect to Content Marketing, It has to do with our engrossing ourselves in our clients’ organizational culture to understand their customers’ needs and the product/services our clients’ offer. We take our learnings and create and curate content in a way that will reach customers, engage with them and support business objectives.
We have a team of digital content producers that can plan and publish content marketing schedules in advance for TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms under our management at least 4-12 weeks in advance.
There is a lot of creativity involved as igniting a conversation in a room isn’t easy, especially with so many voices, but there is also a science to it. You need to know when to speak and what to say to capture everyone’s attention.
