Social Media Management

Whether the conversation is on or off of your official social media profiles and pages, our social media management team goes looking for conversation around your business to engage with customers.

We use agorapulse and other social media marketing tools to help us listen to conversations about your brand and organization. We have a dedicated team of customer service reps. to respond to these conversations. The team checks for posts/mentions every 2 hours between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and conducts spot checks 4 times per day on Saturdays and Sundays. This is our standard offering for our clients in Guyana but we can tailor a package to suit your needs.

With respect to Content Marketing, our process involves paying close attention to our clients’ organizational culture to understand their customers’ needs and the products/services our clients’ offer. We take our learnings and create and curate social media content in a way that will reach customers, engage with them and support business objectives.

We have a team of digital content producers that can plan and publish content marketing schedules in advance for TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms under our management at least 4-12 weeks in advance.

There is a lot of creativity involved as igniting a conversation in a room isn’t easy, especially with so many voices, but there is also a science to it. You need to know when to speak and what to say to capture everyone’s attention.
