By participating in this survey, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Survey Duration:
    This survey begins on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (GMT-4) and ends on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (GMT-4)
  2. Eligibility:

    • Three (3) respondents will be randomly selected as winners:
      • They will each receive an Amazon Gift Card valued at US$100.00
    • Prizes awarded in this survey are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item
    • Winners will be notified via email from Webfx on or before 6:00 p.m. (GMT-4) on Thursday, March 6, 2025
    • Winners must respond within 2 business days, providing their full name, mobile number, email address, and I.D. number. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and a new winner being selected
  4. Ineligibility:
    Employees of Webfx, affiliate agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate
  5. Residency Requirement:
    This survey is only open to residents of Guyana
  6. Conditions of Entry:
    • Compliance with these terms, including eligibility requirements, is mandatory to qualify for prizes
    • Non-compliance may result in disqualification
  7. Survey Administration:
    Webfx reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the survey due to factors beyond its control, including fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced via the Webfx Facebook business page
  8. Liability Limitations:
    Webfx is not responsible for:
    • Lost, interrupted, or unavailable network connections or server errors
    • Failed, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete communications due to technical or other failures
    • Software or hardware malfunctions that may affect survey access or participation
    • Errors in prize notifications, promotional materials, or any information associated with the survey
    • Third-party actions, omissions, or issues outside of Webfx’s control
  9. Fraudulent Activity:
    Attempts to undermine the survey’s legitimate operation, including fraudulent claims, may result in disqualification and potential legal action
  10. Limitation of Liability:
    Webfx’s liability is limited to the prizes specified
  11. Conflict of Terms:
    In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and promotional materials, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail
  12. Severability:
    If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect
  13. Promotional Consent:
    By participating, respondents agree to partake in promotional activities as requested by Webfx. They consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and general areas of residence in media without compensation
